You may exchange or return any product in sellable condition for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of having received it. To start the process, visit our Returns Center.
Every Soof product is made and inspected by hand to ensure the highest quality. If your product ever becomes damaged in the normal course of wear, send it back to us at the address below along with a note about what happened and when, and we’ll either fix it or replace it for free including the cost of shipping.

All our products are made from natural fibers, including wool, cashmere, cotton, linen and silk. Since moth larvae can and do eat all natural fibers, we won’t replace any items damaged by them. We will, however, do our best to patch or fix any moth holes. Just send us the damaged item(s) at the address below, along with a note, and we’ll try to fix it. In cases of moth holes, we’ll charge you for the shipping, and fix the product for free. Whether you have any Soof products in your closet or not, we suggest using cedar to prevent moths from breeding. Our favorite supplier is Woodlore, but you can find cedar products at almost any home goods or hardware store, or of course online.
